Most confusing, tedious, ambiguous banking app i have ever used. Nothing is clear and straight forward. Transfers are not clear and straight forward. Bank statementa are a guessing game because that too is not clear or straight forwards. Navigating the app is like walking through the desert at 12 noon in a sand storm. Please make this app simplier. Simple is good. Use Scotia app as example, super easy to navigate and so easy to read and understand. Make the effort for your customers!

So I've been upgraded and I like the features available in the app but I don't like how it looks. The interface, especially the icons, do not look current but look like something from two decades ago. Keep the features but change the look and it'll be a much improved user experience. Another thing is that app keeps displaying the message "You seem to be offline" when using wifi or data so basically is useless. This is Frustrating! Appreciate the effort but it needs more work.

Like many of the reviewers, my first experience wasn't great at all, to put it mildly. Much of this was due to poor client-side change management. As a client who does almost all banking through the app, it would have been good to have received notification of the changes within the same old app and not via email/website. These changes caused me to be locked out of my a/c 3 days. The new app, while not the most attractive is miles ahead in ease of use and functionality than the previous app.
